One of my plants has some bud rot on a couple of buds from all the rain we are having....i cut the branches off that contain the buds that have the rot. Should i harvest the whole plant now or will the rot not spread?

There is a good chance that the spores have spread already. Not sure how long you have before optimal harvesting time. If it's a week or two you will probably have a good amount of THC already. I'd watch them carefully and cut them if you see another outbreak.

I cut her and hung her up to dry.....she was mostly cloudy with some amber. Hopefully it will turn out ok...i think she was a week or so away.

I prefer cloudy trichs. It seems to be the year of the fungus. I don't remember seeing this much angst over bud rot last year. I lost three nice plants this summer to the rot.
