Rain Rain Rain!!!!!!

Hey all, My Girls are in the 5th and 6th weeks of budding. We have had rain nearly every day for the last week, with all but 2 days in the next week forcasted for rain. Almost unheard of in September in my area, usually hot and dry this time of year. My question is this. How much can they take before I start haveing mold issues? I dont want to harvest early if i can avoid it in any way.

i bet you wont have mold issues. the plants get a lil rain, shake em off when your out there. other than that, dont worry about it. i doubt youll get mold.

i rained almost non stop all week here in il and today and a littlebit yesterday was some sun and all that rain made my buds grow alot thicker and denser almost over night once the sun came out for a bit. supposed to rain again tomorrow, i hope it does, get these girls fattened up!

Cool!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only look every other week at them. Last week they were looking great. I just wasnt sure if all the rain would be a bad thing. Like I stated earlier we usually dont deal with much rain around harvest time in my neck of the woods. So I guess.... Let it RAIN!

Yeah, I'd imagine your from the UK we've had rain all week. Fingers crossed for all the UK guerilla growers.

i live in new england and with all the rain last few weeks, off and on, no more than 2 days in a row...i went out 4 days ago and yup, found mold on a plant that is budding, but doesn't get as much sun as my giant. i was shocked..but it was standard grey, mold..not quite liquid yet, so i pulled the bud...dried and yes I SMOKED MOLDY BUD...no problem...coudn't even smell it...so perhaps wasn't too bad. i would check for mold if you get rain more than 3 days in a row..it was so damn tropical humid in NE, it was wied weather..now sun for 10 days...did my last ferts 2 days ago..so hping to flush in a couple more days...peace...my pistils are browning...50% right now I would say..

Well I did another post titled Good bad and ugly. It was last weekend. Checked a few plants and they were very ugly. Mold was terrible. Only salvaged about 3/4lb. I have a friend that wanted the moldy bud. I told him I had heard to much about lung problems to do that to him, So I tossed it.

veyr sorry to hear about that bud.... i think i'm harveting some of my indica..it's so fat and bushy...i'm afraid a couple days of rain coming could mold them up too.....GOD BLESS THE GANJA GROWERS AND TOKERS...

november 5th Mass has decrim up to the general vote..EVERY poll says it will pass with flying colors...PLEASE PRAY FOR MASSACHUSETTS...if you believe in God..if you don't smoke up and just think positivce thoughts i guess.....
