North Carolina marijuana seasons???
When is the best time to start your grow from seed?
I live in Charlotte, NC Sometimes it's gets around 94 over here, and most of the time it's about 89 - 90 and below. I'd like to know which seeds thrive in the warmer months.

You are aware that MJ is an annual plant that sprouts in the spring and dies off in the autumn?
Any strain will grow well in your temperatures.

If you are germinating outside, start your seeds around April 20. Cantharis is correct, almost all strains will work for you, but some sativas take a long time to finish and you risk an early frost making you take them early.

As long as it doesn't freeze temperatures are secondary though warm temps sure help the purpose. Your key to pay attention to are the available daylight hours which are getting shorter and shorter so if you plant NOW your yield will be far from what you hope.
Northern Lights is a strain suited for not-so-warm temps but you may be better off with an autoflowering strain. |
