outdoor update....

hey everybody, just thought id post a few update pics from my little outdoor project. im not too sure how far into flowering i am. if possible, could you vets take a look and guestimate where along she may be. theres dates on the pics most were taken today. beleive it or not thats all one plant we've been training to stay down below the fenceline. so far so good.....my camera doesnt take too good a picture close up so i havnt been able to get but a few good shots of the preflowers...its random bagseed but it looks like it may be yummy....

oh yeah, the little guy in the tiny pot came from a seed found in a bag of crippy...my girls mom wont smoke unless its good shit....she found a seed a while back and started it up...im in zone 8 here in fla, its already got internodes and alternating nodes(thats right isnt it?), and its about 4 weeks old this week. think thats enough veg time, or should i try n talk her into bonsai'ing it for next year...?

well, enjoi, and thanks for any tips....ill keep you guys updated every few weeks...should start gettin fun here in the next week or two...

ok so the attatchment manager is messin up on me. ima post the pics in a reply n see if that works...sorry guys...

pics

took a min, i just had to resize em...stoopid me....

oh yeah, in the one pic you can see that there are three shoots tied to the ground. im trying something new with pinnin em down and letting em go from there to try n keep em down as they flower....if i cut off the majority or growth behind the pin, and just make one big top on each, think that will work....?

thanks...

ummm....k.....not sure why theyre amusing...but whatever floats your boat....

so, im thinking of experimenting a lil...if i was to take a paper grocery back, and place it over one of the tops, and make a light/dark schedule of perfect 12/12, could i get that one cola to finish faster than the other ones??

so, after readin a bit on light leaks and hermies and difficulties and whatnot....ive got to ask a few know-hows about this..

the plant you see above you is in a pretty sketch spot. with that being said, there is a streetlight nearby and a yard light on the corner of the house that is about 60-70ft away but shines all night and the plant gets pretty good exposure to it on one side....will this affect my flowering?? the lights a halogen outside light and its a ways back...the streetlight is blocked by the hedges but kinda gets to it....i dunno, you guys think this may make a difference? just curious...

thanks..

honestly man im not too sure about speeding it up.....from what ive read if you want faster results you gotta go indoors....so far ive only been growing outdoors and just letting it do its thing....

..

ok so i got down on my hands and knees and looked at my plants and they are infact budding with lil hairs... so its a good sign now i didnt get them out until about june 15th... so aporximately 39 days they have been outside.. do i keep it up with mirical grow like i have been up until 2 weeks before harvest or is there a different chemical i should use after the mircal grow to continue the feeding porocess..
thanks again

also shopuld i be pruning the plant or let it go naturally.. seems to be doing alright but at the bottom there is alot of baby leaves.. that prolly wont produce any typ of bud.. should i leave it or.. trimsky

still waiitng for the pics.. it started to rain so hard to get out there..

ok so from what ive read.....miracle grow works, but its not a popular choice....im not sure what nute levels to give it when it starts flowering, but if you look around on the forum you should be able to find out....i do know that the plant takes up more nitrogen when its vegging, and i think more phosphate when its flowering(??), so it would be wise to switch it up a bit if your lookin to increase your buds a little....again i dont know exactly what nutes for when n whatnot, but look around and ask questions...

as for trimming, if you say its startin to flower then i think it may be too late for topping and fimming....but you can trim big fan leaves here and there to get more light to the budsites...i wouldnt go crazy, but you can usually just look and see where could use more light...doin this you can turn what woulda been a teeny popcorn bud into a decent popcorn bud....

hope this helped, this is just from what ive been reading....im just startin out too...good luck to yuh...
