LOL, I agree if you place it under light during the plants night time hours you can kiss your flowering stage goodbye. The plant starts to flower automatically outside after the longest day of the year. If you brought it into the house at night you would just be better off hitting the grow books for an indoor grow. The 1 exception being an auto flowering strain that can flower off of 24 hours of light. I'm guessing your using bag seed?

Auto flowering cannabis seeds
Auto flowering cannabis is a cannabis plant that is not dependant on the light cycle to go into flowering you simply plant a seed and water it will grow under 24 hours light a day then start to flower when that particular strain is ready most from around 3 weeks to 5 weeks from planting then it will grow out its bud for a further 5 to 7 weeks depending on particular strain of auto so all you need to do is sit back and let it grow when you see flowers starting change the light bulb to a flowering bulb and wait then site back and enjoy a good smoke. http://www.dutchbreed.com/8.html just my understanding but im pretty sure im right

So what is auto-flowering? Auto-flowering characteristic grants a cannabis plant the ability to completely flower without the need for reduction of day-light hours; in turn, eliminating the need for a timer. It will grow consistently well and finish under 24 hours of light - from sprouting to harvest - in eight weeks, although you can achieve similar results with 18 hours of light per day; if you like to give your room time to cool down, for example. The point is, with Lowryder, there is no need for a change in the light period to induce flowering, nor is it necessary to have separate vegetative and flowering rooms!

Decide if you are an indoor grower who uses lights, or an outdoor grower who uses the sun. Basically, you havenīt a clue what you are doing.
Read the stickies for a start, noobs.

Well guys i went out and bought (4) 26w Daylight 6500k lights and put that shit under it. I have a small wooden fort like thing with drop cords running to it, and tommorow im building a box with a fan for fresh air. any1 suggest a good filter trype? iv herd carbon filters are best so I guess il go for that. 1 question tho. If i put a air-tight plywood box over it with a 12"x12" hole in it with a filter over it with a strong fan blowing thru it will it be ok? Il post pics tomorrow! Thx
