Depends on how big the plant is. As plants get large the bottom leaves are shaded by those above and tend to yellow and die. This is natural. But in a young plant getting lots of light it is not normal - Mg deficiency is a common cause. Give a teaspoon of Epsom salts in a gallon of water. See the link below for a bit more detail.
