How Much longer do u think till i can start Flowering??

Id veg them as long as you can. The longer they veg the more budsites they'll have when its time. If you're putting outside you should just transplant them soon, they'll probably start flowering in july or early aug.

those look really good man, i have a few of similar size down here in MD, im prolly gonna put mine in the ground soon also.

Looks like a very good grow, to answer your question, they wont flower until august at least because your not controlling the plants light and are relying on the sun to do the job.
One question though, how did you get drain holes in those pots? I find them very hard to work with.
