If you havent started yet, I would say why not veg them for 5-6 weeks at 24 hours then just stick them outside. They will flower within a week, then just remove the males. The summer solstice(when the days start getting shorter) is less than 3 weeks away, then, not long after that, 3 more weeks some strains will be flowering. I think just about any strain that has been vegged on 24 hours light and stuck out in the middle of July, will flower almost immediately, like within a week.
At 40 degrees North latitude I see most of my plants start flowering anywhere from July 15th to Aug. 1st. The males almost always show first also.
