shorter grow?

I'm planning a grow in an area where i can't limit sunlight to cut out veg. state time. are there any things i can do to stress the plant a bit to stimulate bud growth? i heard lst sometimes will stimulate flowering, will that work?

To stimulate bud growth, you have to 12/12 it. Many people say giving it 36 hours of darkness right before 12/12ing gets them going faster. Also, nutes can stimulate bud growth, I believe Fox Farms has one that does it. Open Sesame(sp?) I believe is the name. You use it during the first 2 weeks of flowering, and man do they take off supposidly. Also, if you can't get your plant's 12/12 because of too much sun, you can use black garbage bags to cover them up. Many people do it, read around. Best of luck.

If you plant it mid-June it will be a lot shorter than if you planted it now. You can do outdoor LST and try and train your plant to grow outwards and bushy instead of tall.
