Well its not too hard at all, dont be intimidated by it.
Just fill your pot with soil, cut out a bit of a hole, then stick the bottom of the cup(with the plant still in it) in there and work out the spot it will go in. If the roots are nice and grown it should pop right out when you turn it upside down, put the rootball right in that hole you worked out, tighten up all the soil around the stem and give it a nice water. You will need to add a little more soil in a two or three days and water again.
Make sure the soil in the cup isnt too wet when you go to transplant to the pot, comes out easier.
The leaves might droop a bit for a day or two after the transplant, thats pretty normal, dont be alarmed.
If you have any superthrive a drop in the water you give it after the transplant would help. Not really a big deal though.
