Another Question..

I live in the woods, but there are quite a bit of neighbors and stuff and its hard to get away to grow spot on a regular schedule without drawing attention. so i was wondering if i can just throw somee seeds in the ground and see what happens? i am a beginner but would love to get into it. but cant get the full experience till i move.

also, how many seeds per hole in the ground, and how far apart should the holes be?

sorry if this has been asked, but i looked kinda hard and didnt find much. thanks.

I live in the woods too. MAKE SURE YOUR GROWING SPOT GETS SUN!!!! they need 4-5 hours of direct sunlight minimum. do not- throw more than one seed in one hole. Make sure thereare no roots from other plants/ trees in the soil. Plant them 2 feet apart or more. If you can, dig holes and put potting soil in there. then drop the seed in about a half inch into the soil.

Germination should be done.

ITS EASY.

1. Get a small container
2. Get some paper towels.
3. Wet the papertowels in room temp water
4. make sure their not soaking wet**
5. put the papertowels in the container
6. put the seeds on top of the wet papertowels
7. Put more papertowels on top (wet)
8. cover container, and hide in a warm, dark spot.
9. Wait. check once a day. should take 1-5 days
10. keep weeting the papertowels if they dry out.
11. When you see a root coming out of the seedling, grab the seed ***not the root*** and put it in the soil (root down).

it should sprout over the soil in a week or so

good luck

honestly, theyll proly get eaten if you do not tend to them. they need a fence or atleast some spray or sumthin to keep the animals at bay. you should prolly tie the seedling to a stick in the ground in order to support them for a wile.
