ok so ive been reading a bit on how to force a plant to flower outdoors and the best thing ive heard is putting a black trash bag over the plant... but does that really work? and wouldnt putting a bag ovr the plant make it suffocate from lack of oxygen? any input would be appreciated

i would really appreciate some input on this becuz i cant wait THAT long for my outdoor plants to flower.... my plants are a week old and i have until the end of august for them to flower bcuz i have to leave for college so im pretty sure i will have to force them into flowering so if anyone has succesfully forced their plants to flower outdoors i would love to hear what you did

it just doesnt make much sense to force flower a plant outside.
you might as well just grow indoors man



a plant follows it's own biology whenever growing, etc flowering.
what actually forces the plant to do this is a hormone that is produced.

if a plant does not recieve any more time then 12 hours of direct sunlight
then this hormone will be present in the plant. because it is killed off by uv light.



besides optimal harvest could be like oct or sept so just grow outdoors and let it do its thing

yeah idk why you would want to force it into flowering i mean how tall is the plant or plants anyhow epecially outside i would just let it grow and wait cause they can grow pretty large outside my input would be just let it grow but i don't know your cicumstances

well i leave for college in early september and if i absolutely HAVE to i will make the 4 hour drive back home during weekends to take care of it but while i am gone i will have no 1 to take care of it... will it be ok on its own during the weeks since it will be a mature plant by the time i leave?
