i got a good looking plant growing outside im about 1 1/2 months into it and shes standing a couple inches over 2 feet. Everything seemed to be going good i had some insect problems and bought the Neem oil from a local nursery and now ive noticed that the leaves on the bottom are starting to yellow and are working there way up. Is this from a lack of a nutrient or...? ive also noticed that before the plant would almost lift up when it was getting sun and now its not really doing it. Any advice would be very appreciated thank you

That sounds like a nitrogen deficiency the way you explained it, the bottom leaves dieing and working its way up like that. Im not 100% sure, but it wouldnt hurt to hit her with some nutes high in nitrogen since the plant is 2 foot tall. Dont overdo it with the nutes.

You should post pics so people can give you a better answer

Does sound like a nitrogen deficiency. Watch for the stems to start turning a bluish colour, then you'll really know for sure thats what it is. But like was mentioned before, hit that with some nutrients high in nitrogen before the problem gets any worse.
