Outdoor bagseed grow

OK, let me start by saying this is my first ever grow. i just put these two seeds into some containiers of potting soil and set them in the window sill, well theve started growing pretty good now and i was wondering if anyone had a opionion on if they were ready to be put outside in the seattle weather. Id like for them to grow as fast as possible and with as much bud as possible . The place iv picked is pretty nice and will get lots o sunlight i was just wonderign if they are ready yet or should they sit in the window and grow some more.

yes
i started seedlings outdoors and they were fine
if there is enough sunlight for them to grow in ur window it should be ok. just make sure they arent getting over watered if it is raining.
