As satisfying as beating down some prick who would steal sombody else's weed plants would be, it's a way smarter move to just forget about it. Think if you were going to go about stealing sombody's plants....would you leave a sign saying "I HAVE YOUR MARIJUANA, CALL ME"????? If this guy is a cop/wants to rob you or whatever, obviously you're not gonna wanna meet him. If he's not a cop and doesn't wanna rob you, it's still not worth it to deal with sombody stupid enough leaving a sign on public property saying "i have marijuana, call me"
