getting the first little sprout

Well from my understanding it seems like after we get our seed(s) germinated, we throw them in a cup, and keep the cups under a sun lamp inside!?!?!?!

This is bad for me becuz the whole point of doing ti outside if to keep it out of my house. So can I do something like throw them in a cup, and put the plastic over and set them where my plot is?

yeah i usually put sandwich bags or freezer bags over mine and it keeps the soil moist and blocks the rain from watering them too much

just raise them in ur house... keep a cover over them after u planted the seed and wait for the first sprout to come up. take them inside at night... if u cant cus of ur mom just tell her there tomato plants. works for me.
