Can a plant still produce buds without feeding them any nutrients while doing a grow outside?

Yes, but they wont be as good and you want get as much. You should at least spinkle some guano every once in awhile.

Yeah kinda figured. Just using this method as knowledge and experience for outside growing, plus its bagseed so no loss.
