Okay, well, I don't have lights, and my space isn't really too accomodating for a set-up like that without making a grow box a central part of my existence.
I've still got 2 Arjani Haze seedlings --females-- doing very well, 1 other that survived fert burn, and a bunch of white trash seeds coming up that will need to be sexed. So, I guess I don't mind trying for an early harvest with the clones. They're still kind of small, though. What can I do to max out an early harvest with the clones? I've got floration fertilizer. Should I start to dose them with that? Is this the point that I should put them in complete darkness for 24 hours? What to do, what to do. |

Get those tops off, and get them as much sun as you can, over the next month they will re-veg. They aren't too far gone yet, you could try boosting ther nitrogen intake. I recommend Metanaturals Liquid Nitrogen 16-0-0. It will take a few weeks but they will re-veg.
Can you grow in bigger pots? If so I'd say transplant them to 10 or 15 gallon size. You'll be happy you did at harvey!

Yea, in an ideal situation I'd put them in big pots. But as you can see from the first pic I got some others growing from seed. Those chicks will be for maxing out. Cops're pretty laid back about growing for personal consumption where I live, but if it looks like you're growing to sell they nab you; so it's probably best to keep things humble. Anyway, I've been told that they won't grow too big, being clones.
About getting the tops off: How should I do that? Cut the flowers, I assume. But where should I cut? Kind of a scary proposition. There are flowers all up and down the branches. Seems like a real chop job. |

actually, those pots look fine to me. The plants do look a little small to be flowering, but I have some that are Just rooted clones that are flowering. Without creating an artificial photoperiod, just let them grow and flower how they will. Those from seed will (should) experience a normal growth cycle, vegetating until the summer solstice, and then begin making buds.
You may not get the greatest yield, but you will have some nice smoke way early in the season. |

My growshop guy also says to let them run their cycle. When the buds are ready, I can have an early smoke. Then, they'll go back to vegging.
According to him, I can put them in big pots too. 6 plants isn't so much, as far as the authorities are concerned. That's about what a person needs for personal consumption for the year. You gotta love Spain. |
