Alright I went to Wal-mart and lowes today to check out what all they have there and I was wondering what exactly to look for in a soil. We are going to dig ditches and empty a bag in each hole for about 6 plants... also does anyone know the best place to get neem oil? Neither place seemed to carry any.

You want soil that does not contain any pre nutes. Nothing that says "feeds up to _ months" or looks like it has little fert balls in it.

Neem or Einstein oil you can find at grow shops like worms way, or northern lights and garden.
This depends on where you live of course, can be purchased online as well.

Anony just about covered it.

You could buy WallyWorld's cheapest soil "Hyponex" and also buy some peat, perlite, compost and mix your own. To keep it simple just mix in 1 part each.

You can get Neem oil at Wal-Mart too usually, check Home Depot and Lowes too. Dont be afraid to ask customer service for help finding it, einstein oil is gonna have to be a grow shop like Anony said.
