Is this a hemp plant?
Just a quick question of some old "plants" that I found. Are they marijuana plants? If so, by the look of them, are they dead?

It's not marijuana, it is a type of weed although the name of it eludes me right now. Perhaps Spikeweed :P

The plants are definately dead, so you;d have to imagine it with leaves and green. Spring just popped up after 6 months of winter. So was hoping that it's just shriveled up from last year.
