STARTING TO GROW help :)

Helloooo,
I am starting as a COMPLETE BEGINNER to grow some plants.

I'm planning on growing them outdoors but starting in a plastic cup in my house.

I really have no idea about the growing process and don't really know what i'm doing.
Wondering if you guys have any tips you can give me, and use small words as for I am
very new to all of this, even though I've been smoking since 6th grade.

Well, this season will be my first season as well. I've actually considered myself to be pretty well educated on alot of stuff besides actually doing it hands on (which is a whole another boat i know guys) I would start with reading about germinating seeds and the first few weeks of your grow on here. If you ever have a spare minute come on to GC read a forum your almost guaranteed to learn something new with each different thread thats the best advice i can give.
