Outdoor questions

So i'm gonna grow outdoors (yeah) and I have one or two qs. I have like 50 seeds from the weed I buy from the dealers and I want to grow them but the real thing is that I'll plant them around 500 km from my city. The place is near the seaside and it is perfect for growing. But if I leave 50 seeds to grow by their own for about 2 months will they grow or die, the area is near a reaver and they will get as much wather as they want. And the other q is what to do with the soil do I have to use soil form a store or the nature soil will be good? TY in advance
