So several potential outdoor areas have been scouted for good grow spots. My only worry is the soil...I think it's low quality, should I expect to have to dig out the soil and put fertilizer and healthy soil in place?

Also, are any strains recommended that can be used to grow in vegetative stage indoors, clone easily, then replanted outside to flower?

if the soil is bad replace it with your own start your plants indoors and then move them outside once the weather is warm keep a fan on them and light 24/7

you can veg indoors with any strain
