even without a card i dont see a problem with it unless you tell people about it and/or your neighbors can see it. Other than that i wouldnt really see a huge problem with it. Just be smart about it and on the down-low

What kind of neighborhood do you live in. If its upper class with no teenage rip off artists you should be good? Take a pic and show us what your growing area looks like and how well it blends

well, my friend is already in trouble with the law as it is, and so am I. I just dont want to be paranoid and deal with it so im sticking to what the law says is acceptable.

its BEST not to grow in ur backyard, BUT chances of getting caught are slim--only if you keep it private and secret like the poster said above.
