a few questions and an unfurtionate event

well this up-coming season i was planning on growing these 4 femmed purple power seeds. i payed 25 bucks for them and they got stolen. so this season i guess its bag-seed.

but my questions are

could i possibly just use the soil from the ground instead of using potting soil or something?
also, do i really need ferts and nutes? because im not sure i can really buy them without my parents knowing what im using them for.(they found a few plants last year in a different plot)
and if i dont use any ferts will i even get any bud at all?

thanks.

1. You dont need to use potting soil, regular soil will be fine, if the soil is a dark color preferably a dark brownish blackish color that its probably good, you can always put some worms in teh soil and check back in a day or two and see if they are still there, if they are then its good.
2. Nope you dont NEED nutes and ferts, but theyll help.
3. Yes you can still get some dank bud

Technically you could drop some seeds in the ground go back 6 months later and harvest some bud, im not suggesting it but its possible. Just plant it straight into some good dirt, (if your plot doesnt have good dirt then find some somewhere else and bring it to the spot), go back every few days and water it, and you should be good. Just dont under or over water it.

Plants in the wild grow without any help from humans..

We just help the process..

Pretty much as long as u go water them every couple days it will be fine.

And use common sense for soil. if its really hard dont use it.

Soil is a living thing and much to varied to allow someone who hasn't seen it, touched it, smelled it to offer considered advice as to how suitable for growing it is.

If you can grow vegetables, or flowers in the soil, it will be good for growing grass. Definitely turn over the soil a foot or two deep to loosen it and allow better root development.

As for fertilizer, I use Osmokote. It isn't very expensive, very compact (comes in a 3 lb. jar) and IMO works great. A tablespoon full or two mixed in the top few inches of soil will provide all of the nutrients your plants will need for a full growing season.
