plant status

alright this is my first post so lets hope it goes well. i dont really know if it is time to move my plant outside yet , it has the circular leaves comming out so i guess that means it needs to start getting sunshine. but if it is time to move it outside what should i do when i get it there. this is also my first grow ands its bagseed so maybe a little help along the way. the picture is the plant im concerned about i have one more just like it and 3 more that have just broke dirt.

Once your seeds germinated it should be getting light!

For sure man....I hope you had that pot under a light this whole time its been inside. When you plant the seed it should have pretty much constant lighting.

While the seed develops underground, you don't need lights, but once it breaks through the soil the plant needs light energy to begin photosynthesis. If the temps are safe (above 40 degrees F) you can just set your cups outside. I don't know if you have a yard or not, but if you do, there are tons of little hidey-holes you can set the babies in and have them blend in with the vegetation for a while.

If you can't put them outside, you should expose them to artificial light. Compact Flourescent Lamps are the easiest/cheapest/quickest way to get some much needed illumination. In a small space, 3-4 23 watt CFLs will provide enough light for decent vegetative growth.
