small holes in leaves

i'm growing outdoor in centeral florida, my crippy plant is about 2 and a half months old. It's growing fast and looks very healthy except all of the leaves have small holes in them. what's causing this and how can i fix it?

no big deal just sounds like some caterpillars...buy some neem oil or another bug spray
