In the fall when the days are getting shorter, the plants go into the whole flowering deal. Thus, in the winter, they do not grow because of the light cycle. dont harass him when you cant provide a correct answer!
you CAN grow in the winter if temperatures permit. MJ flowers when light is 12 hrs or less. in the winter in florida its warm enough and the hours are less then 12. the crop wont yeild as much because there is less light per day but you can easily grow a crop.
once the light cycle begins to grow and is longer then 13 or so hours your crop should be mostly done because flowering will stop at this point.
if you finished by sometime in feb youd be fine
