So I saw mold last week on my biggest plant, I tweaked out and chopped all 6 of my bitches down right then. I was in such a hurry i didnt even think about how i hadnt even flushed them out for a week. Now im stuck with a bunch of nasty weed that tastes like shit, doesnt make you cough and doesnt get you high. It kinda gets me high but then gives me a headache witch is prolly the ferts. Now instead of having good smoke alla the time im either gonna try and sell it but that will b hard seeing as how it sucks! I dont know why it doesnt get me high? It has allot of crystals and smells great but sucks. Does it just need to be cured or is it garbage?

I forget but I think it has something to do with THC absorbing a water molecule or something funky like that

My first grow I did the same thing, smoked a whole bud wet and got nothing, make sure its dry for 7 days in under %50 humidty, then put her in a sterile glass jar until the stems are brittle and snap without bending.

it might be premature. does it smell like weed and cat piss. or maybe just green . if its prem u are gona rip people off. u might just have to take a loss on it. but id dry it and see after that

Thanks guys, I harvested last wednesday so they r pretty much dry but like you said i think they can dry out a little bit more because their stems dont really snap very well. Do you think it is worth me buying the mason jars? Ive got like 3 ounces.

Depends on the price of the Mason Jars,

You could most likely use plastic peanut butter jars, or old salsa jars, Those jars don't seal as well as the canning jars, but you will probably want to open the jars and check them everyday for mold and funky smells anyways.

Just find a friend who has a mom or grandman that makes pickles or salsa or jam and you should find donatable jars

wrong dont listen to him dont put in lars unless u can snap the stems its too wet if u cant snap stems before jars hang it for 2-3 days dark cool lightly airated or until stems snap when you bend em then through in jars for 4 weeks or so for the curing stage open 2-3 times a week for an hour or so each time to let gases out
if you see moisture build up inside at anytime open for hour or so hope this helps

The headache is from the chlorophyll I believe. Once it's dried most of the chlorophyll is gone though. You don't need to buy mason jars, they just have a good seal. Dry it out until the weekend maybe and then put them in glass jars.

when plants die the first thing to be released is chlorophyl thus the color change
if you get headache it needs to be cured theres more chloro in it
and as far as buying jars is this your last grow or what in the long run i would just invest in some new ones not some 30 year old non sealin grandma jars...lol...j/k dogg

I know its curing kicks the bud up to a whole new level but i dont know if its worth curing, I had to cut them down without flushing them at all. I fed them the week before i cut them so i was thinking the headache is from the ferts? Thanks for the help guys, my bud smokes good but like i said doesnt get me very high at all and it deff doesnt feel dry to the touch so im gonna let it dry out all the way and then toke it and make a decision from there. i think i can get mason jars at wall mart for like 10 bucks for ten.
