Indica bagseed finishing time

First male was seen on August 13th, last was seen August 20th. PLants went into immediate flowering and are moving right along. So I give them 8 weeks from 8/20 which is October 15th. Is that about right for typical bagseed indica or I am generally going to be better off in trying to tough it out for another week or two. (please don't tell me about trichome color or couchlock vs up unless you really know what you are talking about)

i just posted kinda the same question in sick plants topic...frankencola...my plant, frankie, was started flowering aug 23...but yes indicas are generally 8 weeks to harvest...good luck.

just watch the plant but around that date should be good. Look for nitro def (yellow leaves) its easy bro youll know

the fact that youre calling it bagseed says it all, you dont even know what strain it is so predetermining harvest time is nearly impossible. all you can do is start watching tricomes when you reach 50% redhairs. you want to pull your plants right when tricomes start to turn amber in color, this will give you the most for your time & effort of growing, when tricomes turn amber, it is a sign that THC is degrading, & the plant is no longer in the rapid growth phase. isnt the whole reason to grow pot to produce high potency bud? why let it THC degrade, & ruin all you worked for? besides whats the point of smokin weed if youre just gonna pass out righ away?

if you let you weed go too long youll end up getting a couchlock high,
& if its my White Widow that has the couchlock THC, I gaurantee youll pass out before you smoke a .5 gram doobie,

wouldn't you think i would want this bagseed grow as strong as possible! i doubt no matter what happens am I going to be locked to some couch for commercial seeds. for someone like me with late october frosts coming in on the pumpkin, it is probably more a question of how long can i "let" them go, rather than worrying about trichromes.

and if some type of pot produce and "up" high, how come all the dopers i see have tired eyes???

how long are you going to let those white rhino go, total, from first switching to 12/12.

all strains follow the same harvesting theory,
if you let tricomes turn completely amber, then Thc has degraded and your weed will smell spicy, this will make you very sleepy,
if you pick em the way I said to, youll still get ripped and look tired, you just wont feel like falling asleep.

my WR will be done in 3-4 weeks which is a total of 9-10 weeks.
