Marijuana Yield

Is it possible to estimate the yield of an outdoor marijuana plant, say one that is 6ft tall and about 3.5ft wide. Strain is grape punch, grown from seed. Or an outdoor clone, strain is mango soma, same size. uhm, cough, they are not mine or anything though, just wondering if i had them...thanks

Only 4 onces? Wow. I always hear about plants yielding a couple pounds, whats up with those, how is that possible?

outside, some plants yield big. a pound a plant is not un-heard of at all. imo, anything with a color in the name, will yield less. they always have for me....

Well how about these few strains anyone grow them and know possibly the yield? Purple Punch, Mango Soma, grandaddy purple, skunk A, skunk 1, and how about some seeds from mexico? Also you say a pound per plant is not un-heard of, but about how big was that plant?

what is the minimum yeild of say a small sized plant ....also the maximum recorded yeild of a single plant?

Just to clear things up for everyone here...
There is no way for us to tell you the yeild of your plant. We dont know how much direct sun its getting a day, what strain it is, what the other elements involve, how much stress it recieved throughout its life, ferts or no ferts, so on and so forth...
Pictures of the plant would help slightly, but still there is no way for somebody to tell you over the internet how much you will yeild from a plant or plants.
As for plants yeilding a couple pounds in dry weight, you would need to have a moster plant well over 10 feet tall in direct sun for at least 5 hours a day, well taken care of, and everything else perfectly book written.

I regularly get over a pound a plant of dried bud - my best ever was 26 ounces from one lady. I grow in BIG pots on my roof terrace. But I do get bright sunshine all summer long, that is an important difference.

You will get most likely 2 pounds.

Last year I had 2 6 ft high 5 1/2 ft wide grape they gave me just under 5 lbs.

There bigger this year pushing 7ft tall and 6 ft wide I don't like to guess how much I'll have I might end up jinxing myself and get robbed. LOL but my digital camera's batt. died and I get to stoned to remember to get them when I have money.
