drooping leaves usually means one of 2 things. too much or too little water.

I'm having the same problem as well.

So far I am 2 weeks into flowering and one of my three plants in wilting. I felt that I
watered all the plants the same amount but maybe not. The other two are doing fine.
If I'm giving the plant 1/3 of a 2 liter once or twice a week, that isn't enough is it?

That's only enough if you want a dwarf plant! I give my girls 1 - 1 1/2 gallons a day! You don't say how big your pots are( I grow in 15 gallon), but if they just went into flower and are drooping, they could be low in phosphorus, check your nute levels.

NPK in flower should be 10-10-20

If your leaves are droopy, odds are its lacking water, make sure you water at least once every two days, and spread some mulch around the stalk of the plant to keep moisture.

you don't want your stalk kept wet/moist. it could cause damping off.
