I wouldn't be doing this. The Sun will determine when you start flowering. Unless you are prepared to bring them inside everyday. Let the sun do it's work, when the amount of light reduces in the fall season. The reduction of sun will trigger flowering. The reason you can't just put it in the shade is becasue the plant still needs a good 12 hours during the sunlight period. And you will get better buds if it's in the sun.
