new guy here
hey guys!
 i never grew weed before, but at the beginning of spring this year i threw a seed of some really dank herb into a big pot and threw it out on my deck  ....it seems to be doing really nicely....its on its 5th node .....and its about a 13-14 inchs tall....now i dont know when the budding proccess is spose to take place ...and im anxious i dont want my plant to take to long to flower and have the cold weather come in  any thoughts or suggestions would be more than apreciated thnx

The flower process will start as soon as you start getting 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness, or anything close to that, 13/11 sometimes 14/10 depending on the strain. Mother nature will take care of everything, you shouldnt have to worry about frost or any other issue given it was from a bag so thats most likely meaning it was grown pretty close to your location now.

I'd say just leave it outside and enjoy the process. If it's not done yet when it starts to frost, you at least have it in a pot so you can bring it inside when necessary at night and put it back outside in the morning.

It depends on where you're located and the type of plant, but the flowering should start relatively soon, within the next few weeks I'd say.
