Red face advise for transplant

hi im first time grower from england imabout 6 weeks for the mother through veg planted frm seed (snow white) i origanly made around 10 cutting and 7 have suvvived and looking healhy they are about 7-10 inch tall and thats in a greenhouse i was thinking will it be ok to move the plants when they gointo flowering into agrow room and will the chang in inviroment be ok for them hes running 3 600w hps on a motorised rail covering a 3m by 3m aera i was also thinking aboutintroducing a drip feed system as mine are soil when he useualy grown hydro any ideas or help
