Is it too late to start?

If I get my seeds in like 2 weeks will it be too late to start? i live in so cal where the growing season is pretty long. I don't really care about yield or having super potent weed. i just wanna know i can grow it. what do ya think?

Yah I don't see why not. I've heard of people starting at late as mid to late July in lots of places.

I'm not looking for huge yields, just a nice round of buds from a few plants. So, what if you live in the South and were thinking to germinate and plant around first of July with the intention of having 2.5-3.0 foot plants about the time they start budding. I'm thinking that gives them at least 8 weeks veg time. Does that timing sound about right?

I was almost thinking I could get them in around mid July. I can't afford to have huge 6 foot plus plants.
