Am I to late or is it safe??

I live in West Virginia and I haven't had time to put any plants out cas work adn stuff..I was wondering if I can still plant these seeds I have in some 5 gallon buckets with potting soil or top soil wichever you prefer is best??But am I good enuff to grow now starting this weekend>

I'm not really sure myself, I would say yeah but you do live up north a ways, but I don't see why not, you just wont get as big of a plant because the lighting changing thru the year, I think , not possitive, but I think that it would grow just like under lights and it would be just the same as changing the lights to 12/12 but it will happen later in the year, but I live in florida now and I'm a little curious to the same question, if its not to late, I'm going to try to put a few out myself...

you can plant anytime before august and get buds.

the earlier you plant the bigger they get= more herbs
