Percentage of females is the same with every type of plant: 60-70%. Because male plants dont need the help of insects to furtilize females, they transmit through air so less males are needed in nature to keep females furtilized and let them make seeds.
You can have bad luck, ofcourse, and get only male seeds, if they somehow receive trauma the plants are more likely to flower male aswel (root damaging, bug infestation etc).
