Anyway, so the mistake was made

anyway before I realized the horrible mistake I made, It was to late! So I did what I could to fix, I'll show yall some pics later but I believe I made the most educated descion I could think of. I grew about 8 of the best mid I have found in Alabama and I planted all of them in the same pot. But I yall said they would kill each other off, but they were to tall and to close together for me to be able to individually transplant them. So I got a pot that holds about I dont know 20-25 gallons of water and filled it up with dirt. It's a huge pot that they use to fill up with a salt lick solution for cattle. With some hope I tried to mimick the wild, ya know enough soil that the root system could not possible hope to get crowded, because I know in the wild bud grows close to each other. There doin really good now. There all about a half foot tall now! with 4 sets of leaves a peice, considering how big the pot is can they all grow together? an there all right next to each other not and inch of space between them, but there doin great. "Because theres so much good soil, will they survive you think?" Bud grows close together in the wild and they only need to survive long enough for one harvest.

well it depends on what you consider a "problem". if one of them is a male... it tiwll polinate your females.. and your gonna get a bunch of seedy herb. it's too dangerous to rip any of the plants up. As for them actually killing one another off, they are weeds, and im sure when they are4 feet tall they will do just that. but im curious on the outcome so keep us posted.

Well I have already decided that when they are able to be sexed, the males will be cut down. I think I can handle that. I'm not the kind of person who likes some seedy smoke. So If 5 come up male and one is female I will be satisfied. So I prolly will end up having 3 or 4 female I'm hoping anyway, but how do I go about killing the males they come up? Just chop them down?

Yes, completely chop them and dispose of them, saveing the leaves if you wanted to make ice or bubble hash. Some people think that just pulling the pollen sacks off of the male (which is definatly an impossable task if you have anything close to a large plant) will keep the male at bay so they dont have to see it die, but male plants flower numerious times in their flowering period and will regrow the sacks quite often so chopping it is a must.
