Sexing question.

Yes ive been growing my MG For about maybe 2 months now. One plant is 2 feet and the other one is only one foot. Even tho they were started at the same time. I was wondering if its to early to sex em. I have pics but only on my phone and i dont know how to upload em to my pc. But i just looked at em and noticed on my one foot nothing able to sex it. But my 2 footer has lil growths on only one branch section. Unsure if there balls or hairs starting to grow. But wouldnt they be on all the branch sections? But if its male can it be hermied into a female?

nope not too early to "flower them" to sex them, just stick em under 12/12.. or u can take a clone and force flower using the same 12/12 daylight night time scheduel...

no the "balls" or "hairs" would not necessarily be on all the branches at this time... it takes time for them to "pop" all over the plant

if its a male... and u will know if it is... and u want to see if u can hermie it in to a flower (dont even know if that is possible) then u will end up with the seediest bud ever... when the male pollen gets in to the female flower it makes seeds... like having plant sex..

You don't have to flower them to sex them. Look for preflowers while still in veg.

Yea but preflower doesn't always happen, esepcially under 24hr light (if thats what he's doing)

ok i noticed what looked like a small thorn on the 2 footer. Any ideas or just wait it out?

Or could that small thorn be male or female? Or do they both start off like that? I looked at some pics of female hairs. Sorta looked like the pod b4 the hairs pop out.
