Yo something ate at my biggest plants too. and i ripped two of them out and just left one to see what would happen. I checked it like two weeks later and it looked like it was growing twice as many leaves, so just leave em in and see what happens. try and get some fencing and take pisses around ur are. Happy Growing

i found this recipe

Guru's Homemade Insecticide:
1 tsp antibacterial dish soap
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp ground clove
1 close minced garlic

would this help with all bugs, even moths and shit?

does shaved bar soap help with deers i also hear coyote or fox piss works too....where can i find animal piss? they sell em in stores, like home depot or walmart, or would i have a better chance finding animal piss at like plant nurseries?

thanks

Of Course my recipe will work!

LOL , but seriously it will and does and has for many years. Originally i came up with that for aphids but it works on any bug. As far as deer there are many ways..but I just piss in a perimeter around my plot Everytime i visit.

Something high enough to keep deer out. Honestly, I've seen deer jump an 8 ft fence before so NOTHING will keep them out for good. But I've noticed if the fence is close enopugh to the plants to where they cant JUMP in then youre good.

I had massive deer problems with my plot originally but I did a few things and it has worked, I have not suffered a plant loss yet this season. I use human hair, soap shavings, urine, and most notably a deer/rabbit repellant that can be bought at ace hardware. I put all of these around the parameter and have not spotted a deer track in at least a month.

I also had a large bug problem. To subdue this problem I went to a hydro-store near me and picked up a product called Organicide. This product is an organic pesticide and did not cause any burn or harm to my plants and has so far successfully killed off the bug problem I had. I also recently ordered 4500 lady bugs and will be releasing them in my plot upon arrival.

Good luck with the deer.

For my two plants I spray a little bit of lysol around the perimeter. Not directly around the plants but at least 4 feet away.
I even did a little test beforehand where I sprayed lysol directly on some plants around my house I didnt see any noticeable damage, so I think it's fairly safe. Maybe worth a try for you if nothings working.
