Updtae: took 2 pics today.....and i also bought some Miracle Grow All Purpose fertilizer. 24-15-10 i think......i dont really remember the exact NPK, but i think its perfect for Veg.

oh and i forgot to ask.....when do you guys think it'll start showing it's sex, cause i want to get rid of the males as soon as possible.....thanks

Mine usually pre-sex in six to eight weeks.

alright thanks.....can i start using veg ferts soon......i'm saying in like 1-2 weeks.....is that alright? and ill prob start out with 1/4 strength first.

Your growing in the ground correct? If you are look around at the vegitaition.Look at the size and type.If there is large healthy vegitaition growing around your grow you can bet the soil is prety fertile.This meens you will not need to feed often.Id wait a couple weeks unless the plant shows signs of needing fed.When you do feed you may think about using a good time release fert I use 10-10-10 spread in a circle 18-24"" from the stem.This area will become the plants inside drip line as the plant grows taller and wider.

Drip Line :The outer edge of a tree or shrub the point where water would drip to the ground from the outer leaves of a plant. Often used as a reference point for feeding plants.

yeah they're in the ground......and i have good soil......i used Scotts Premium Topsoil.....contains no extra ferts or anything......its good soil

okay i'm prob gonna start using ferts in like middle or end of june. depends how big they get.

and i got a question.....i wanna try to clone a few plants once i find out the sex.....but im not too sure.....will it grow fast with rooting solution or something? since its gonna be starting to grow late.....the clones prob wont keep up with the others.....since its starting late......whatever tho.....more plants means more buds at the end......and i know you you need a lot of moisture....so i was thinking of doing it outside with like a clear soda bottle over the plant to keep the moisture....would this work, and i guess i would take the cap off the top since would it like suffocate, and would it still be good for the moisture?

okay.....im a little worried for my babies cause its raining outside....been raining for a while.....hopefully they don't drown....ill check em out tomorrow if i can....

don't be worried about rain, they have grown a few nodes with a decent root structure, able to withstand rain drops for sure, u need to feed that 25-15-10 fert right away, 1/4 steength like you said, it'll improve growth rate tremendously because water-soluble inorganics uptake quickly by the plant, within a day or two it will be able to handle higher dosage, just continue feeding maximum ferts every few days until you see slight fert bern then flush and repeat, i've had plants grow 3 feet in a month with relentless fertilizing, in mmost cases people dont fertilize enough or to the extent there plants can handle, good luck.

theres not a number of times a day u gotta water em......jus dont let the soil dry up for too long. i usually water mine like once every 2 days.......and btw thanks for hijacking my thread

okay so 1/4 strength......every few days? Shouldn't i follow the instructions on the Fert Box? says to use it like every 7 days.

i was thinkning about doing some LST (low stress training)..... tying down my plants to make em bushier and help em produce more buds spots.....but i dont want to hurt my plants by doing this too much.....can somone help me out with this?
