I just transplanted my seedling outdoors and i am wondering if it matter if its not in direct sunlight the whole day. what if in the first half of the day it is getting direct sunligh and the second half it is shaded or the sunlight is being blocked so its not directly getting to the plant. Does it matter or is it ok??? Thank YOu for any help

My crop only gets 4-5 hours of direct sunlight a day, and they seem to be thriving. I think as long as it's outdoors and gets at least 3 hours of DIRECT sun a day, it will be fine. If you're worried about it, you can hang up some reflective material nearby. I have a silver tarp draped over some chairs next to my crop to increase the amount of sun they get.

the general rule is 4 hours minimum, but ive known plants to grow well with a lil less

ok thank you very much that makes me feel relived. It should be doing really good since it is getting about 6 hours of direct sunlight a day maybe more. Thank you again that helped a lot
