Here are my two outdoor (Nirvana Papaya) plants,
they're not that old but I did have them inside for a while. I had two more, one of which died, and one of which I put out really early and turned out a male. The bushier plant had 6 heads because I fimmed it, but then the male stalk was snapped off by my dog. I tried to fix it but failed. All comments are welcome.

Put them out about a month ago, but at first they weren't sheltered and got fucked up by the wind. Now they're nice and sheltered and not so hidden, because an old dread just moved next door and I don't think he's too bothered.
