A few quick questions to absorb 20 seconds of your time..

hey, i am almost ready to plant, just need to finish germinating my seeds. However, I have a few questions.

#1- "Surviving" the rain? Does this mean that if i were to put the seed directly into the ground there is a chance it may not survive should a rain pass through? Are there any remedies for this problem, if this indeed is the case?

#2- I read today that hydrogen peroxide is a good natural insect/pesticide and weed killer. Would it be okay to use for my weed plants? I live in an area with no head shops or hydro shops, so I need to resort to common things found at home.

#3- If i am growing outdoor, without buckets (seed is directly into soil), how much water should i give each plant every watering period? How do i know when i am overwatering, without seeing the physical results on the plant?
