Strange hindi plants

I've planted these seeds like a week ago and 2 of them look as if they are going to make 2 stems (out of 25 seedlings), the kind with 2 main buds. I've only seen that kind of growth on a picture once a long time ago so i'm not certain, and they're too small to tell for sure ofcourse. Just wondering about your opinion

its just some cocopeat they're growing on (good quality cocofibre soil). it seems to hold twice as much moist as normal potting soil, dont have to pay much attention to them that way (especially nice for when they move out).

I'll post some more pics of these weird plants when they get bigger.
Does anyone know the correct term for plants like this?

cheers
