How much further 'till harvest? (pics)

Is it possible to tell when it's time to harvest without looking through a powerful glass at the trichs? I only have a 8x lense, can you still tell? I'm at week 4 of budding, and it's a highly dominant indica hybrid Blueberry X Northernlights (or NorthernBerry)

...also, I know this yellowing of the older leaves is normal in flowering (because of the obvious change in N) but should I chop them off or let them die off naturally? (last pics)

PRIMARY COLA

PRIMARY COLA LOWER PART

LOWEST LEAVES

HIGH UP FAN LEAVES (QUITE OLD)

I agree for time frame and Iwould cut the yellow leaves. There are not able to do much photosynthesis without chlorophyll, they just take energy out of the plant for nothing. That's what I do but then again I am not the more experinced person on this forum.
