plant disguises

I dont know if this has been said before, but i just wanted to tell you guys of a new way i found to conceal my outdoor crop. I went to wal-mart and bought about 40 fake flowers ( light weight plastic ones) and a roll of fishing line. I then cut off the flowers from the stems, and tied them to my plants with the string. they now look like a blooming plant.. not MJ.

If anyone else has any other ways of concealing your crop in plain sight post about it. O and BTW my plants are right on the edge of a nature trail.. and have not been bothered after 2 weeks of this method.

^ Good to hear, honestly i'm not sure how i would hide it. But you have to admit it would be quite funny to see the look on someones face if they went up to them n just saw this big mass o' buds and a big plastic flower lol, but im looking forward to some of the ideas also.

really? na i heard one of my freinds say it while we were hi, and i used it. mabey thats where they got it from tho. The only other method I have ever used is planting those plants called texas star hibiscus, all around my crop. they look just like weed, so when ppl inspect the first few rows of plants and discover they arent weed, they dont bother inspecting the others.

It would take someone with a really good nose to smell it, it is about 10 feet from the hibiscus, so its pretty much safe.

The slickist way I have ever seen to hide in plain sight was......in fields that have started to regrow over at about the 5-7 year mark you will see "fast growing" saplings growing in the grasses .........plant a clone at the base of the tree .......let it grow enuff to tie it to the trunk of the sapling at that time you need to cut a ring around the bark of the sapling 1/4" wide all the way around about 1/8" deep will do it...that will kill the sapling(it was gonna become wood chips anyway when they bush-hog the field to reclaim it.....don't EVER do this to a tree that you dont know was gonna die anyway)...now your plant can grow up into the now leafless branches like a trellis....and won't look like the only lil' pine tree for miles around...lol

im thinking those fake flowers and leaves would block light from getting to the plant and possibly weigh the branches down stressing the plant?

hahaha this is hilarious. one, most plants dont have 5 7 9 or 11 fingered leafs. two, marijuana STINKS. three, marijuana puts off a certain amount of heat distinctly to itself. you cant even grow pot amongst tomato plants because of this. and four, what the fuck do you think someone is going to say when they see a large mass at the bottom of a flower? good idea, too many flaws.

so you are saying it is a good idea to draw their attention away from a plant that stands out that much? by drawing people eyes to somthing colorful.. yep, i agree, great distraction technique.

Either someone with a good nose, or a really stinky strain.

Id say the best way to consile a mary jane plant is to grow indoors, but if nececery just tie your plants down, It worked wonders for me, I harvested a massive 18 ounces off of one plant that I topped then tied every branch down for maximum light expsosure, two months later there were massive arm sized buds sticking straight up from the ground,
