FL outdoor grower

I wanted to know if i can plant outdoors all year round, because it never freezes here. DO you think if I planted my seeds right now that they would make it? thanks.

It is daylight hours that control flowering, not temperature.

You shouldn't grow year round in Florida. I live in South Florida, which is much warmer than Central/North and believe it or not, the plants are still susceptible (sp?) to frost during December-February. If you want to start early, you can start around the beginning of March.

Good Luck.

Another newbie who has no intention of listening to the answers to his question.

It is winter now, even if it doesnīt freeze in the land of FL (wherever that is). Daylight is approaching a minimum. MJ goes into veg growth when the days are lengthening, flowers as the days shorten. So you plant in spring and harvest in autumn (fall). It is ALL to do with daylight hours and NOTHING to do with temperature.

Got that???

they will grow, but not so well. I put one outside 2 months ago at like 1 week old. it ended up flowering when it was ~8 inches tall. its basicially like starting a plant from day 1 on a 12/12 schedule.
