My plants smelled like grapefruit when they were flowering, but now that I've chopped them that has changed. THey now smell like hay or something, not like weed really. Will the smell change after they dry out and I put them into jars to cure????

Thanks for the help with all the newbie questions.

yup! with a proper dry and cure, it will.

Usually the hay smell is from the untrimmed leaves that are drying out, your buds will still smell good and that smell will go away.

Properly dried and cured bud smells real sweet and mellow. Not as inyourface smelly as growing plants, but certainly not like hay.
